Remembering Wayne Himes (1962-2011)
It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our brother Wayne Himes Wayne was an invaluable asset to our club and we will miss him terribly. Wayne became a full member of The ShipMates Club of Baltimore in 2007. Since his induction, Wayne has held the offices of 2nd Vice President, Treasurer, and represented the club in the A.M.C.C. (American Motorcycle Coordinating Council). He loved the open road, attending many motorcycle runs over the years and meeting many friends along the way. Wayne was always pitching in at bar nights, fundraisers, and would always go above and beyond to help anyone who needed it. He was by definition a true brother and gentleman and will be missed terribly. Wayne is survived by his husband Allen Parker, Jr., his family, friends, and all those he touched along the way.
